High Performance Conveyor Belt Cleaning

Dust is created by the return strand idlers taking off the debris. Conventional Scraper do not offer a sufficient cleaning. More than 50% of the dust emissions are produced on the Belt Conveyor. How It Works

The cleaning effect of the Beltwitch® – a 3 stage approach:
1. Stage: High pressure Waterblade to function as secondary scraper
2. + 3. Stage: Double Poly-Urethane Scraper to take of the water and residual debris
4. Stage: Adhesion idler for a final cleaning step for water and debris
